利用規約
Terms of Service
株式会社error（以下「当社」）は、当社のサービスおよびアプリケーションの利用条件を、以下のとおり定めます。
第1条（適用）
本規約は、株式会社error（以下「当社」）が提供するGoogle広告の運用・分析サービス、および当社がこのサービスのために用いるアプリケーション「NJC Ads Reporting」（Google Ads API を利用する社内レポートツール。以下「本アプリ」）の利用に適用されます。
第2条（本アプリの内容）
本アプリは、当社が運用を受託し、当社のGoogle広告マネージャーアカウントに紐付いたクライアントの広告アカウントから、成果データを読み取り専用で取得し、クライアント向けのレポートを作成するための社内ツールです。本アプリは一般に公開・販売するものではなく、当社の担当者のみが使用します。本アプリから広告の作成・変更は行いません。
第3条（アクセスの許可と取り消し）
- 本アプリが広告アカウントのデータにアクセスするには、そのアカウントの権限を持つ方が Google アカウントで許可（OAuth 2.0）する必要があります。
- 許可はいつでも、Googleアカウントの「サードパーティ製のアプリとサービス」から取り消すことができます。取り消した後、本アプリは当該アカウントのデータを取得できなくなります。
第4条（情報の取り扱い）
本アプリおよびサービスで取り扱う情報は、プライバシーポリシーに従って取り扱います。
第5条（禁止事項）
本アプリおよび本アプリで取得したデータを、当社の許可なく複製・第三者に提供・販売する行為を禁止します。
第6条（免責）
- レポートは Google 広告から取得したデータに基づいて作成します。当社は、Google 側のデータの遅れ・変更・誤りにより生じた差異について責任を負いません。
- 当社は、広告の成果（問い合わせ数・売上等）を保証するものではありません。
- Google のサービスの仕様変更・停止により、本アプリの全部または一部が利用できなくなる場合があります。
第7条（規約の変更）
当社は、必要に応じて本規約を変更できるものとします。変更後の規約は、本ページに掲載した時点から効力を生じます。
第8条（準拠法）
本規約は日本法に準拠します。

Terms of Service (English)
1. Scope
These Terms apply to the Google Ads management and reporting service provided by error Inc. ("we") and to "NJC Ads Reporting", the internal reporting application that uses the Google Ads API for this service (the "App").
2. The App
The App is an internal tool that retrieves performance data with read-only access from the Google Ads accounts of clients whose advertising we manage and which are linked to our Google Ads manager account, and is used to prepare reports for those clients. The App is not published or sold to the public and is used only by our staff. The App does not create or modify ads.
3. Authorization and revocation
- The App can access an account's data only after a person with permission for that account authorizes it with their Google account (OAuth 2.0).
- Authorization can be revoked at any time from Google Account – Third-party apps & services. After revocation, the App can no longer retrieve that account's data.
4. Handling of information
Information handled by the App and the service is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
5. Prohibited use
Copying, providing to third parties or selling the App or data obtained by the App without our permission is prohibited.
6. Disclaimer
- Reports are based on data obtained from Google Ads. We are not responsible for differences caused by delays, changes or errors in Google's data.
- We do not guarantee advertising results (such as inquiries or sales).
- All or part of the App may become unavailable due to changes to or discontinuation of Google services.
7. Changes
We may change these Terms when necessary. Changes take effect when posted on this page.
8. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Japan.
