プライバシーポリシー

株式会社error（以下「当社」）は、当社が取り扱う情報について、以下のとおりプライバシーポリシーを定めます。

1. 取得する情報

お問い合わせに関する情報：メールでお問い合わせいただいた際の、お名前・メールアドレス・お問い合わせ内容
Google Ads API を通じて取得する情報：当社が運用を受託し、当社のGoogle広告マネージャーアカウントに紐付いたクライアントの広告アカウントの成果データ（キャンペーン・広告グループ・キーワード・検索語句・地域・時間帯ごとの表示回数、クリック数、費用、コンバージョンなど）

Google Ads API へのアクセスは、Googleアカウントでの認証（OAuth 2.0）を通じて、アカウントの権限を持つ者が許可した範囲に限り行います。当社は、Google Ads API を読み取り専用で利用し、広告の作成・変更は行いません。

2. 利用目的

お問い合わせへの回答のため
クライアントから受託したGoogle広告の運用のため、成果を分析し、クライアント向けのレポートを作成するため

上記以外の目的で利用することはありません。広告配信やマーケティングのために、Google Ads API で取得した情報を利用・販売することはありません。

3. 保管と管理

取得した情報は当社内のコンピュータに保管し、当社の担当者のみが取り扱います。認証情報（アクセスキー等）は、第三者が参照できない場所で管理します。

4. 第三者への提供

当社は、取得した情報を第三者に提供・販売しません。ただし、法令に基づく場合を除きます。Google Ads API で取得したデータは、そのデータの持ち主であるクライアントへのレポートにのみ用います。

5. Google API サービスのユーザーデータに関するポリシーの遵守

当社が Google API から受け取った情報の利用および他のアプリへの移転は、限定使用の要件を含む Google API サービスのユーザーデータに関するポリシーに従います。

6. 削除とアクセスの取り消し

クライアントとの運用の受託が終了した場合、またはクライアントから求めがあった場合、当社は Google Ads API で取得した当該クライアントのデータを削除します。Googleアカウントの権限を持つ方は、Googleアカウントの「サードパーティ製のアプリとサービス」から、いつでも当社のアプリへのアクセスを取り消すことができます。

1. Information we collect

Inquiries: your name, email address and message when you contact us by email.
Data obtained through the Google Ads API: performance data (impressions, clicks, cost, conversions, etc. by campaign, ad group, keyword, search term, location and hour of day) of the Google Ads accounts of clients whose advertising we manage and which are linked to our Google Ads manager account.

We access the Google Ads API only through Google OAuth 2.0 authorization granted by a person who has permission for the account. We use the Google Ads API with read-only access and do not create or modify ads through the API.

2. How we use the information

To reply to your inquiries.
To analyze the performance of the Google Ads accounts we manage on behalf of our clients, and to prepare reports for those clients.

We do not use the information for any other purpose. We do not use or sell data obtained through the Google Ads API for advertising or marketing.

3. Storage and security

The information is stored on our internal computer and handled only by our staff. Credentials (such as access keys) are kept where third parties cannot access them.

4. Sharing

We do not share or sell the information to any third party, except where required by law. Data obtained through the Google Ads API is used only in reports for the client who owns that data.

5. Google API Services User Data Policy

error Inc.'s use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

6. Deletion and revoking access

When our management service for a client ends, or when a client requests it, we delete that client's data obtained through the Google Ads API. A person with permission for the Google account can revoke our app's access at any time from Google Account – Third-party apps & services.
